If a student is deactivated in Canvas you can not see the assessment results in the Gradebook by default.


Enable ability to view deactivated students

In the Gradebook

  1. Click the Settings Cog
  2. Enable the option to "Show inactive enrolments"

The inactive student will now be visible in the Gradebook and you can even follow their assignment into Speedgrader to see comments, etc.
