Problem
When attempting to print, or add a PaperCut printer you receive error messages "Windows cannot connect to the printer", "Access is denied" or error code 0x0000011B.
Solution
Ensure the PC has all the latest security updates. The issue is related to the PC having out of date security updates due to the PrintNightmare Windows print spooler exploit.
