Problem
Whilst attempting to connect to the Sophos SSL VPN the client either gets stuck on amber lights, or won't connect.
Solution(s)
- Reboot the PC
If rebooting the PC doesn't fix the issue, you can alternatively:
- Completely uninstalling the Sophos VPN client via Add/Remove Programs
- Login to the relevant Sophos User Portal as the user
- Download the client & configuration
- Install the client again
