Problem

Whilst attempting to connect to the Sophos SSL VPN the client either gets stuck on amber lights, or won't connect.

Solution(s)

  • Reboot the PC

If rebooting the PC doesn't fix the issue, you can alternatively:

  • Completely uninstalling the Sophos VPN client via Add/Remove Programs
  • Login to the relevant Sophos User Portal as the user
  • Download the client & configuration
  • Install the client again
