  • More Settings

  • Select Add

    1. Open the outlook app
  • Select File
  • Account settings > Account settings
  • Select Change

    1. Check the side panel you will see the new shared mailbox underneath your main email

    3. Select Add shared folder or mailbox
    4. Type in the

    address > press OkSelect Next > Finish Close
