Problem
Canvas users receive the error "User Storage Quota Exceeded" when attempting to send messages or posting Canvas discussion forums.
Solution
The user can go into their Canvas "Files
- Click 'Account' on the side menubar
- Click 'Files'
- They can browse their files and delete any large files they no longer need.
Note: Assignment submissions do not count towards user's quota, only files uploaded to messages and discussion forums.
