A student may wish to obtain a copy of all the assessments they have submitted to Canvas (Current or Former student). The below guide outlines the process of downloading all the Submissions as a single .zip Archive.
Step-by-step guide
Within Canvas
- Click on the Account button
- Click on "settings"
- Click on the "Download Submissions"
- You will be presented a screen asking if you wish to create an export - you do - Click "Create export"
- Canvas is now creating an Archive that you can download - depending on how much you have submitted (and the size of the submissions) this may take some time:
Info for IT staff
If you are needing this for a Former Student, you can locate the former student's profile and use the "Act as user" ability to access the above steps.
