Problem

When using Oculus Quest 2 headsets and attempting to connect via the Meta Hub and the live link USB-C cable, users receive a "Use this code to connect your headset".

Solution

IT will need to input the activation code on meta.com/device.

  1. User to call the IT Service Desk on 1300 323 182.
  2. Inform IT that you need a device activation for a Quest headset.
  3. IT to login to meta.com/device using the it.purchasing@aie.edu Facebook account.
  4. Enter the code provided by the user.
