Problem
E-mail has not been received to JIRA Service Desk, and nothing appears in the JIRA e-mail processing logs.
Solution
Check the size of the email being sent, is it over 25MB? If so, it'll need to be reduced in size.

- Upload the file to a cloud service, such as OneDrive and provide a link.
- Compress the file
- Reduce the size of an image
