Problem
When attempting to connecting via PCoIP Client you receive one of the following error messages:
- "Broker failed to reach resource on port 60443."
- "This desktop has no sources available or it has timed out. Please try connecting to this desktop again later."
Other symptoms may include:
- You can't RDP to the PC
- You can't remotely reboot the PC
- PDQ Inventory fails to scan the PC
Solution
- Reboot the PC
