Problem

A PC or laptop in ScreenConnect Access that appears offline and you can't connect to it.

Solution

Check the PC or laptop:

  • Is connected to the Internet
  • If connected to another companies WiFi network, they may be blocking ScreenConnect and other remote access tools


Educational & Corporate Networks Blocking ScreenConnect

It is very common for other Educational Institutions, businesses and other corporations to block ScreenConnect and other remote access tools.
