IT are beginning to rollout the new Windows 10 image and software to classrooms allocated for holiday courses starting Wednesday, 8th January.

Adelaide: L5 North Studio
Sydney: Fish Bowl, Visual Studio
Canberra: Studio 1, 2, 3, 5 & 6
Melbourne: L2.01, L2.02

If there are classrooms missing from this list, please immediately bring to the attention IT Service Desk on 02 6163 9500.

Maya 2019 (Note: Autodesk no longer roll out updates to Educational customers at the same time, 2019.1 and 2019.2 is not available to us)

Warning

title	ZBrush and Foundry Licensing Server Outage [AIE-94222]

Please be advised the server hosting our Zbrush and Foundry (Nuke) licensing is currently down, and unable to be remotely recovered which will require an on-site visit.

The server will be visited ASAP in the next 12 hours for diagnosis.

title	Photoshop Licenses

Photoshop is licensed for Diploma/Adv. Diploma Art, Game Art, Design and VFX Students only. To activate your license, please check your @students.aie.edu.au or @students.aie.edu email address and accept/setup your Adobe ID account. You've received an email with the subject "Access is granted. Enjoy Photoshop now" that you'll need to follow the link and complete the setup.

You can then use your Student email address to login and license Photoshop on all AIE classroom & loan PCs.

Note: This account also licenses you to install Photoshop onto 5 personal devices, such as your home PC.
