ZBrush and Foundry Licensing Server Outage [AIE-94222]

Please be advised the server hosting our Zbrush and Foundry (Nuke) licensing is currently down, and unable to be remotely recovered which will require an on-site visit.

The server will be visited ASAP in the next 12 hours for diagnosis.

An update will be provided at:

  • CDT: 9:00pm Monday, 3rd January 2022
  • PST: 7:00pm Monday, 3rd January 2022

Photoshop Licenses

Photoshop is licensed for Diploma/Adv. Diploma Art, Game Art, Design and VFX Students only. To activate your license, please check your @students.aie.edu.au or @students.aie.edu email address and accept/setup your Adobe ID account. You've received an email with the subject "Access is granted. Enjoy Photoshop now" that you'll need to follow the link and complete the setup.

You can then use your Student email address to login and license Photoshop on all AIE classroom & loan PCs. 

Note: This account also licenses you to install Photoshop onto 5 personal devices, such as your home PC.
