  1. Open the outlook app
  2. Select File
  3. Account settings > Account settings
    4. Select Change
    Image Removed
  4. More Settings
  5. Advanced
    6. Select Add
    Image Removed
  6. Type in the shared mailbox address > press Ok
  7. Select Next > Finish Close
  8. Check the side panel you will see the new shared mailbox underneath your main email

  1. Open outlook in web browsing app
  2. Right click on the folders tab
  3. Select Add shared folder or mailbox
  4. Type in the mailbox > select add
