Before Staff can print to AIE's managed print solution, provided by Kyocera and PaperCut. You need to associate your swipe card, security card, keyfob or other compatible card with the print solution.
Printers are configured to hold and release jobs, this allows for secure printing plus simplifies printing as staff only need to print to a single printer - then go to any printer, at any campus, to release and print the job. This allows staff to be mobile and not have the complications of having to add specific printers at each AIE campus or office.
Printing services is available to all AIE staff members.
