Before you can release a print job, you need to setup your swipe card/keyfob for printing and scanning access. Please see Setting Up Your Swipe Card/Keyfob for Printing & Scanning Access on how to setup this access.
Printers are configured to hold and release jobs, this allows for secure printing plus simplifies printing as staff only need to print to a single printer - then go to any printer, at any campus, to release and print the job. This allows staff to be mobile and not have the complications of having to add specific printers at each AIE campus or office.
Printing is available on any Staff PC, Staff Laptop or Teacher Classroom PC. For Macs, your own personal devices please contact the IT Service Desk on details on how to print.
