3D Equalizer - License issue

Known issue:

3DE4 R6 doesn't remember the Client ID when checking in with the server, prompting users for a username and password, until resolved please enter the details manually (this should only be needed once per user, per machine)

The vendor has been contacted and are working with IT to develop a resolution

Epic falsely reporting unreal "not installed"

Known issue:

Epic games launcher is falsely  reporting Unreal as "not installed". This is as result of Epic changing the way it handles manifest files and no working solution has been found.

The vendor has been contacted but have provided no resolution.


Adobe Licensing Update

Adobe Applications such as Photoshop is licensed for Diploma/Adv. Diploma Art, Game Art, Design and VFX Students only. Beginning on January 5th, all Students have now been moved to new Adobe licensing method.

Student login using their student email address and select "Company or School Account" to Adobe applications on all AIE classroom, loan PCs and home PCs.

  • Extra Perk: This account also licenses you to install Adobe applications onto 3 personal devices, such as your home PC.
  • Faculty Note: Faculty login using the "Personal Account" option.
