The latest versions of Unity hub (3.4.2) no longer allows for “automatic login” as the former versions did.
To get around this all staff and students will need to create a Unity personnel account using their AIE Email and use that to login into Unity hub.
Note: This will only have to be done once per the PC that you use.
How to Login:
- Launch Unity Hub
- Select "Sign In" (Might be in the Menu)
- Login and then accept the prompt that appears to open Unity Hub.
IMPORTANT: The PC can lose the unity license attached to it if you refresh the licenses in the manage license tab to avoid this happening there just needs to be a project in unity attached to the license.
- If you have lost the license the user must simple log out of the PC then log back in and the license will reappear
- Once signed in you will be prompted to install a version of unity editor the version of unity editor we use at AIE is preinstalled on all classroom machines (Currently 2021.3.13f1).
