Protege GX is used to manage security access, User access has limitations and majority of requests will need to go through IT or Property.
To gain access to Protege GX a EAF is required to be submitted.
Alterations and changes to Doors are managed by IT and Property.
- IT for Staff Accessed spaces including most of the CTP
- Property for Tennant related spaces including workshops.
Access changes fit into one of the three paths::

- They overwrite Day to Day Schedules.
- Since Calendar Actions overwrite the Day to Day Schedules you will need to keep the existing Schedule in mind for the start and end times.
- Event Organisers will still need to contact security in regards to Alarms and After Hours Access.
