Overview

Each campus has a Marketing Calendar that is used for scheduling events, interview bookings, workshops and more.

Permissions

By default, all Marketing staff have access to all of these Calendars. This was done by adding the "Marketing Team" group to the following permission group:

  • MB_Marketing All Calendars Publishing Authors

All other AIE staff have access to view the calendar availability only (cannot see event names or any details)

How-to add the Calendar to your Desktop Outlook Application

In order to add it to the Outlook Desktop application follow the steps below:

  • Navigate to Calendars
  • Select Open Calendar From Address Book

  • Search for "Marketing Calendars" then push enter. Double-click on the result and select OK

  • The Calendar should now be added to Outlook

How-to add the Calendar to your Outlook Web App

  • Log into Web Mail - https://mail.aie.edu.au
  • Navigate to Calendar
  • Select 'Add Calendar' (On Left-Side Panel)
  • Select "From Directory", then select your account to search from
  • Search for "Marketing Calendars" in the second field and select Add

  • The Calendar will now be part of your Outlook Web App
