Often Administration staff, HOFs and HOSs need to regularly call other campuses' main numbers. These numbers are not listed in teams, but they can be added following the below steps.
Step-by-step guide
A contact can be quickly created in teams once you have called it once
- Call the number for the campus you with to add as a contact (or call the ones you want to add):
Adelaide: 8 7325 6300
Canberra \ Online : 2 6162 5131
Melbourne: 3 8612 1900
Sydney: 2 8514 8800
(You can hang up as soon as you hear the automated message) - Go to your call history in Teams - each of these numbers will have resolved to "{Campus name} - AA"
- Hover your mouse over the item and click the three dots, followed by add contact
- you will now be able to search for "Adelaide Campus" (or the other campus you added)
