When a new student is created, they are issued with a temporary password. If the student has not received their temporary login details, or if they need their account reset, an admin team member trigger a reset.
Note: Please encourage students to change their password after reset.
Note: This will randomly generate a new default password for the student.
Step-by-step guide
- open the enrolments app:
- Search for the student
- Reset the password (if requested - please ensure the student has requested this)
- Inform the student of the updated password, and request they change their password.
Password details can be sent to their email / sms by re-sending the login details email.
Note: After the student has changed their password, the temporary password recorded in axcelerate will no longer be accurate.
