Sometimes websites will be incompatible with web browsers when it comes to downloading.
This may mean when you go to download a file via a browser it may not come up with the downloading popup.
A easy workaround is the following.
Steps:
- Copy the url link by double clicking the url and then "Ctrl+C".
- Open a different Browser (Edge, Chrome, Firefox etc).
- Paste the url link into the search bar "Ctrl+V".
- This usually fixes the issue.
