Cheqroom is used by Film Trainers & Students to manage all of our various film equipment at each campus. Users can use Cheqroom to book reservations of gear, check item availability and to check items in and out of stock
The website and app are available to use by both Trainers and Students, however the app is less important for students to install as students wont be able to check items in/out of availability.
Logging into Cheqroom via Website
- Go to this page: https://login.cheqroom.com/
- Use AIE student/staff email address & password, then select "Sign in with SSO"
Setting up the Cheqroom App (Highly recommended for Trainers)
- Install the "Cheqroom - Asset Management" app on your phone, available on both the iOS App Store, and the Android Google Play Store
- Use AIE student/staff email address & password, then select "Sign in with SSO"
