Problem
Staff report that there is missing data within the Enrolment Forms section of the EnrolmentApp. For example, the "Email Address" field is missing the student's email that was submitted via the original Gravity forms submission.
Solution
The likely issue is that the mapping between the EnrolmentApp and Gravity has changed. This will likely require development work, see Enrolment System#SupportStructure
