Student or teacher requests installation of software/drivers to support a disability device on a classroom machine.

Step-by-step guide

Any software or drivers that are required to support a "assistive device" are automatically approved for installation as long as the following is recorded on the ticket:

  1. Asset number of the Device (e.g. CAN-3D1EED)
  2. Name (and if possible download link) of the software installed


An example of an assistive device is (but not limited to) a foot-pedal to aid with mouse-clicking, or a keyboard with larger keys.
