On occasion changes may occur to an axcelerate course that require an update sync for all students within that class.

The following are some changes that could occur, where a bulk sync should be actioned.

Changes to class instance details ( as per screenshot) including:
- Canvas Instance ID
- Course Code
- Course Location
- IT Supported Services

Step-by-step guide

Add the steps involved:

open the enrolments app to the :Classes and Workshops, page
https://enrolments.apps.aie.net.au/classes/programs
Select the course, class, and trigger update.
Eg: below screenshot shows the Sydney Game programming Year 2 Class selected.

Update are "Fast" but not instant. If a large volume of students are updating, It could take some time before each student is processed.
