IT Service Desk is the organisation's technical service desk, offering technical support and help/assistance to our students, faculty and staff.

The IT Service Desk provides support for:

  • Windows operating system and our standard operating environment (SOE) images
  • E-mail services
  • Web browsers
  • Network accounts and account managemenet
  • Various software, including all our student software
  • Applications and services, such as enrollment systems and Microsoft Teams
  • No labels
