IT Service Desk is the organisation's technical service desk, offering technical support and help/assistance to our students, faculty and staff.
The IT Service Desk provides support for:
- Windows operating system and our standard operating environment (SOE) images
- E-mail services
- Web browsers
- Network accounts and account managemenet
- Various software, including all our student software
- Applications and services, such as enrollment systems and Microsoft Teams
