Jira is a issue tracking, bug tracking and agile project management product developed by Atlassian. Jira is integrated with Azure for authentication and Single-Sign-On, students and faculty log-in using their student or staff network accounts.
The IT Projects team owns this service, however the day-to-day management of the service is by the Design Head of Faculty including configuration of projects, boards, issues, etc.
Support Strategy
The IT Service Desk can assist with:
- Contacting Atlassian support on your behalf, to log any tickets with them regarding service stability problems.
- Assist with accessing JIRA Cloud, including password reset issues.
For any training, questions or information regarding day-to-day usage please contact the Design Head of Faculty.

Change Management Strategy
The IT Projects team can assist with:
- Making changes to who the service is available to and licensing, including quoting for increase in licensing.
- Security architecture of the service and user authentication integrations.
- Any other high-level changes.
