Open Outlook, and go to your calendar.
Select New Items in then Teams Meeting.
Select Locations in the meeting scheduler to bring up the room list
Choose a room from the list of available rooms.
Complete the meeting invitation as you would for any other meeting before sending.
- This meeting invite will be sent to the meeting room device, the meeting will be auto-accepted and a confirm will be sent back.
- When the meeting is about to take place you'll see a button on the device to join the meeting from either they Home or Calendar Screen.
