Service Description
The Student Account Enrolment service is a system developed by IT that will enrolment students into various systems based on information entered into our System Management System (SMS).

Service Design
This service was designed to be a one-way sync gathering student account information from our Student Management System's WiseNet (Australia) and FAME/Freedom and feeding them, and managing student records in various systems:
- Active Directory
- Office 365
- Canvas - Learning Management System
- Student Account Lookup Tool
- SMS/Email account creation notifications
As it's a one-way sync, all account modification is required to happen in the Student Management System including:
- Changes to first and last name
- Spelling mistakes
- Enrolments into groups, classes, courses and sections
- Changes to email addresses, phone numbers and other personal information
