  1. Open Outlook, and go to your calendar.

  2. Select New Items in then Teams Meeting.

  3. Select Locations in the meeting scheduler to bring up the room list

  5. Choose a room from the list of available rooms.

  6. Complete the meeting invitation as you would for any other meeting before sending.

  7. This meeting invite will be sent to the meeting room device, the meeting will be auto-accepted and a confirm will be sent back.
  8. When the meeting is about to take place you'll see a button on the device to join the meeting from either they Home or Calendar Screen.
